It's 2020. The world is changing. It's hard to believe but the old decade is over, the new one is here and it is bringing a lot of new life with it. The babies born this year are members of Generation Alpha and the world is waiting for them.

We're almost at the end of this year and some new celebrity arrivals making headlines while making their new parents proud.

If your little one arrived in 2020, they've got plenty of high profile company.

Here are all the celebrity babies born in 2020 (so far):

Jinger and her husband Jeremy just announced their second daughter arrived over the weekend and mama and baby are doing well.

Baby Evangeline Jo joins big sister Felicity, who is now 2.

"Evangeline means 'good news' and Jo is after Jeremy's middle name, Joseph," Jinger said in a statement posted to the TLC website. "As for Felicity, she is in love with her little sister but has no idea how much sharing is in her future. We are so grateful to God for this beautiful gift!"

Nicki Minaj is a mama!

E! News reports Nicki Minaj gave birth on September 30.

Back on July 20, after months of speculation, Minaj told world about her pregnancy on her terms.

She announced her pregnancy to the world via an iconic photo she posted to Instagram with a simple caption: "#Preggers".

This announcement came nine months after Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty tied the knot, and two years after Minaj opened up to Wonderland magazine about how much she wanted to be a mom someday.

"I've got to get married first then I'll have a child. I might be closer than people think actually," she said back in 2018. "I love children. I'm not going to put that off for much longer."

Congrats to Nicki on realizing her dream of motherhood in 2020!

Surprise! Amanda Seyfried is now a mom of 2! 🎉

Amanda Seyfried and her husband Thomas Sadoski have welcomed a baby boy and announced the news is the coolest way.

Instead of posting on their own social accounts the couple used the moment to amplify the work of the International Network for Aid, Relief and Assistance (INARA) and War Child USA.

Seyfried and Sadoski are board members for INARA, an organization dedicated to providing "access to life-saving and life-altering medical assistance to children impacted by war."

A photo of the couple's newborn with 3½-year-old big sister Nina was posted to the INARA Instagram account with the following statement:

"Since the birth of our daughter 3 years ago our commitment to the innocent children that are so brutally affected by conflict and war has been a driving force in our lives," the couple says. "With the birth of our son the work of INARA and War Child has become our North Star."

Meghan McCain + Ben Domenech picked an amazing name for their baby girl

The View co-host Meghan McCain and her husband Ben Domenech are now parents!

The baby girl is the granddaughter of the late Senator John McCain and the couple chose a name that reflects their values.

Liberty Sage McCain Domenech and her mother are happy and "happy and healthy," a rep tells People.

While Liberty's name is now public, don't expect a ton of baby pics on McCain's Instagram. She has previously stated that because "there are a lot of cruel things written about [her] in the press on an almost constant/daily basis," and due to social media trolls she chose not to share photos of her baby bump, despite repeated requests from fans.

In an Instagram post she explained how she and her husband "have made the conscious decision to guard our (growing) families privacy as much as is possible."

Rooney Mara + Joaquin Phoenix select touching name for their baby son

People reports actors Joaquin Phoenix + Rooney Mara are parents...and they've picked a meaningful family name for their first child.

The news was confirmed by Russian filmmaker Victor Kossakovsky. Phoenix was an executive producer on Kossakovsky's black and white documentary about farm animals and was brought up while Kossakovsky was doing press for the film.

"He just got a baby by the way," Kossakovsky said recently at the 2020 Zurich Film Festival. "A beautiful son called River."

Joaquin Phoenix's late brother River died in 1993.

Justin Timberlake + Jessica Beil really did have a baby this summer!

Yes, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are parents of two! There were rumours back in July but now we know its true thanks to Timberlake's former *NSYNC teammate, Lance Bass.

Bass confirmed the news in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. Bass told ET's Katie Krause that he and the other former *NSYNC guys knew about the baby way before the press got the news over the summer and that "the baby is cute, of course, it's Justin and Jessica!

MTV's Kailyn Lowry welcomes baby no.4 🎉

Kailyn Lowry is now a mom of four boys! The 28-year-old MTV star welcomed baby Creed to the family at the end of July and took him outdoors for a (socially distanced) football game on September 13.

Creed joins older brothers Lux, 2, Lincoln, 6, and 10-year-old Issac, who has been staring on MTV's Teen Mom 2 alongside his mama since he was a baby. During that time his mom finished college, wrote multiple books and launched a line of haircare products.

Leighton Meester + Adam Brody welcome baby no. 2!

Leighton Meester and Adam Brody now have a girl and a boy!

The O.C. actor best known for playing Seth Cohen announced his son's birth in a very low-key, Seth Cohen-ish way by dropping the news on Twitch. He was participating in Hold the Phone TV's The Fun Time Boys Game Night when he revealed baby no. 2 had arrived.

"Since last I played I have a new kid," he said. "I have a boy. He's a dream, he's a dream boy."

No word yet on what name Meester + Brody picked for their dream boy but they have a track record of picking awesome ones. The couple welcomed their daughter Arlo in 2015.

Katy Perry + Orlando Bloom's baby girl is here 🎉

Perry and Bloom shared the big news through a statement with UNICEF (they're Goodwill Ambassadors for the organization).

"We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter," the new parents began their statement.

"But we know we're the lucky ones and not everyone can have a birthing experience as peaceful as ours was. Communities around the world are still experiencing a shortage of healthcare workers and every eleven seconds a pregnant woman or newborn dies, mostly from preventable causes. Since COVID-19, many more newborn lives are at risk because of a greater lack of access to water, soap, vaccines and medicines that prevent diseases. As parents to a newborn, this breaks our hearts, as we empathize with struggling parents now more than ever."

Their daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom, joins older brother Flynn (age 9), Orlando's son from a previous marriage to Miranda Kerr.

Lea Michele + Zandy Reich welcome baby boy

Back in April we learned former Glee star Lea Michele was pregnant and expecting a baby with husband Zandy Reich.

A few weeks after Michelle's pregnancy news broke, her former Glee co-star Samantha Ware spoke out about racism and bullying on the set of Glee. Michelle issued a statement that reads, in part: "I clearly acted in ways which hurt other people."

Michele took a hiatus from social media to work on herself but logged on in July after former co-star Naya Rivera passed away in a tragic boating accident to post photos of Rivera and fellow Glee star Corey Monteith, who died in 2013, to her Instagram Stories.

On August 23 People revealed Michele and Reich's child, a boy, has arrived.

This is the first child for the couple but likely won't be the last. An only child herself, Michele has said for years that she would like to be a mom to more than one child someday,

Back in 2014, she told Daybreak, "I'm going to have like a billion of them! But mainly because I always hated being an only child, I always wished I had more siblings!"

Michele has also been public about her struggle with polycystic ovary syndrome, which she was diagnosed with right around the time Glee ended. Just a few months before her pregnancy announcement she opened up to Health about that diagnosis, and when she was asked where she saw herself in 5 years the answer was remarkably similar to what she said in 2014.

"I hope to be a mom of, like, 10 kids—if it's physically possible to pop that many out! Ha! I'm so excited about the thought of being a mom," she told Health. "I also want to continue making records, and I hope to return to Broadway. I also just really want to continue being my own boss—in the sense of creating content for myself on television and writing roles and finding projects that really serve me."

Katherine Schwarzenegger + Chris Pratt welcome baby girl 🎉

Katherine Schwarzenegger and Chris Pratt have a baby girl!

According to Schwarzenegger's brother Patrick, mom and baby are in good health.

Twin sisters Nikki + Brie Bella gave birth one day apart! 🎉

Twin sisters and reality TV stars Nikki and Brie Bella both welcomed baby boys!

Nikki gave birth to her first child, who she shares with her fiancé Artem Chigvintsev, on July 31. "Our baby boy is here and we couldn't be HAPPIER and more in LOVE!" she captioned a photo of the family's hands."Everyone is safe and healthy."

Brie and her husband, wrestler Bryan Danielson, welcomed a baby boy a day later on August 1. No word on his name yet but he joins big sister Birdie, who is 3.

Congratulations to these sisters and a pair of cousins who will share a special bond!

Kristen Wiig and fiancé Avi Rothman are parents to twins, E! News reported this week. Us Weekly was first to report the news and People also states the couple welcomed twins via surrogate earlier this year, but Wiig has not yet commented on the birth of her children publicly.

Wiig's appearance on Saturday Night Live around Mother's Day had people wondering if something had changed in her life.

In a sketch about Mother's Day she said: "I don't know if I truly appreciated my mom the first 45 years of my life. But this year I'm feeling especially grateful for her advice, her love. I'm so thankful for all the things she's taught me, like preparing me to be a mom myself. Things like breast-feeding," Wiig said, before leaning into a joke about chicken breasts. "Babies love that chicken, she would always say that."

She continued: "I do want to thank my mom, and all the moms out there, who have been helping us get through this and who have been there, and who are watching over us. We thank you so much. Happy Mother's Day. Thank you, moms."

Congratulation to Kristin and Avi 🎉

Hayes joins big sister Gracie, now 2, and his mama's fans joined for a portion of his birth, which Otis planned to live stream. But eventually, Otis needed to focus on her doula, midwife, Hayes and her own body. The livestream was of the home birth was understandably cut short.

"I'm sorry I wasn't able to go 'live' longer - I was in so much pain during contractions and this labor happened so fast!" she said in her Instagram announcement. "I wanted to really focus on my breathing and being one with my son. Within 6 hours he was OUT!"

Former Harry Potter star Rupert Grint (who can currently be binge-watched on Apple TV's series Servant) is now a dad, E! News reports.

Grint and his partner, actor Georgia Groome previously confirmed they were expecting. In a statement to E! weeks ago Grint's rep stated the couple "are excited to announce they are expecting a baby and would please ask for privacy at this time."

The plea for privacy comes after paparazzi pictures of the couple out in London were shared online.

Now that their baby girl is here the couple are again asking for some family time.

"Rupert Grint and Georgia Groome are delighted to confirm the birth of their baby girl," a representative for the couple told E! News. "We would please ask that you respect their privacy at this very special time."

Solo just announced her twins' birth via Instagram and also announced the names she and her husband, former NFL player Jerramy Stevens, chose for their son and daughter.

"Please meet Vittorio and Lozen Stevens, both born in the middle of a pandemic on March 4," Solo says in a video posted by athletic brand Uninterupted, in which she discusses how hard it is to be a first-time parent right now. "It has been incredibly stressful times for us. We've been out in public more than we wanted to be, but we would like to thank all the incredible nurses and the doctors who helped take care of our babies during our time in NICU."

This was a rainbow pregnancy for Solo, who miscarried twins in 2018. She announced she was expecting back in December during the beIN Sports show Weekend Winners, which she co-hosts.

"Yes, my husband and I get to practice equality from the very beginning with one boy and one girl," Solo explained during the segment, which was posted to Twitter.

Congrats to Josh and Jodie!

Carson + Siri Daly welcome daughter during COVID-19 pandemic

Today host Carson Daly and his wife Siri Daly just welcomed their fourth child this week as hospitals in New York City made changes to maternity ward visitor policies. Daly has not revealed exactly which hospital his new daughter was born in, but he did say that he was able to be there for his daughter's birth, but couldn't be in the hospital before or after.

"I dropped [Siri] off at the hospital because the hospitals in and around New York—as you can imagine—have quite new guidelines, and she went alone on Wednesday night. I could only join her for the birth, then I had to leave again as they are quickly trying to flip these rooms around. Her heroism, she's a superstar, she's a superhero. I wake up enamored by her and also the medical staff we dealt with last night. The work that they are doing on the front lines, you don't believe it until you are actually there and can see it," Daly told his colleagues at NBC's Today.

He also opened up about his daughter's special name: "Goldie is awesome. Her middle name is Patricia, named after my mother, who you all knew well. It would have been my mom's birthday tomorrow so that worked out to be quite nice," he said, adding that Goldie's first name is inspired by this DNA.

"I just got the results of my ancestry DNA kit that my sister got me for Christmas back not long ago and it confirmed my 98% Irishness. So I was looking at Irish names on St. Patrick's day morning and I stumbled on Goldie...I thought this is our fourth kid, she seems like the pot of gold at the end of our family rainbow and I told Siri...and that was it. One of these things we knew."

Goldie joins siblings Jackson James, 11, Etta Jones, 7, and London Rose, 5.

Congratulations to the family of 6!

Congratulations to the Maddens! 🎉

Dreyer is still recovering from birth but her voice was on TV this week when she called into her show with an update on her new family. "I feel good," Dylan told her colleagues. "I just feel so happy and so blessed."

Caterina Scorsone of 'Grey's Anatomy' now has 3 girls!

Caterina Scorsone of Grey's Anatomy has so much to be thankful for in 2020: She's now a mom of three! The actress announced the birth of her daughter via Instagram, noting that her baby's name is Arwen.

Arwen joins big sisters Eliza, 7, and 3-year-old Paloma, who has Down syndrome. Speaking on The Motherly Podcast last year, Scorsone explained how Paloma's diagnosis made her "whole concept of what motherhood was had to shift."

It is likely shifting again, as any mama who has gone from two kids to three knows.

The HATCH Mama collection is everything your pregnant body needs right now

Their oil is the only thing that stopped my belly from itching as it grew bigger.

Conz Preti

Let me start by saying I'm not a fan of moisturizing. I hate being wet and sticky and after applying product to my body, I have to stand around awkwardly until I'm fully air-dried—a practice that is not compatible with having three kids under the age of 3. However, as someone who has carried three children in her body, I also know how much your belly needs hydration as the baby grows.

This was especially true with my second pregnancy. My belly popped way sooner (a thing that happens with subsequent pregnancies) and on top of that, I was carrying twins, which meant I became super pregnant super fast. My belly was itching constantly from the skin stretching (I checked with my doctor to make sure I didn't have Cholestasis) and there was no scratching in the world that could ease my discomfort. My doula recommended the HATCH Mama belly oil and changed my life. The oil is nourishing—but more important to me, quick-drying—so I could apply it all over my planet-sized twin belly and get dressed immediately after without having my clothes ruined nor stuck to my body. Because of how much I loved the oil, I tested other products, and let me tell you, they're all equally amazing.

Curious about the HATCH Mama collection? All of their products are non-toxic and mama-safe, designed to help pregnant people overcome the challenges unique to pregnancy. As their website claims, "from stretch marks to thinning hair, to sleepless nights, we're helping you tackle every prenatal and postnatal beauty issue head-on so you can continue to feel like the best version of you." I'm here for all of this. For the entire Hatch Beauty collection click here.

Motherly created the flexible online birth class moms need

The Motherly Birth Class is completely online, which means you can take the class at your own pace.

Taking a birth class is a pregnancy milestone. Whether you've been excited to take a birth class for a long time or have just recently decided that you wanted to take one, sitting down for that first lesson feels big—spoiler alert, this is really happening! But finding time for a birth class isn't as easy as it would seem.

We know new parents are busy (hello, understatement of the year). Between diaper changes, pediatrician appointments, healing from birth and the general adjustment to #newparentlife, the days can fill up quickly. But a lot of people are caught off guard by how busy pregnancy can be, too! That first trimester is so often full of symptoms—like nausea and fatigue—that can make previously easy or simple tasks exhausting. The second trimester begins and (usually) we start to feel better. But then our days get filled with planning out baby registries and deciding on questions like, "Where will this tiny new human sleep?" And before you know it, it's the third trimester—and, well, then you're in the home stretch. Plus there are so many appointments!

All this to say that we get how busy you are—and how hard that might make it to fit in a birth class.

And that's why we created The Motherly Birth Class. The Motherly Birth Class is completely online, which means you can take the class at your own pace.

Think you'll want to watch each lesson a few times over? Great!

Due date's next week and you need the option to take a birth class very quickly? No problem!

Like everything at Motherly, we designed this class with you in mind.

Taught by Certified Nurse-Midwife Diana Spalding (who also wrote "The Motherly Guide to Becoming Mama"), this class is broken into 12 lessons—and you get to control how and when you watch them. We'll teach you about what your (amazing) body is up to in labor, how to decide when it's time to head to the hospital or birth center (or when to call your home birth midwife), what your options are for coping with pain and so much more.

When you sign up for The Motherly Birth Class, you'll get access to a downloadable workbook and meditations. Plus, you'll be invited to join our supportive private online community (where you can chat with the class instructor!)

Oh, one more thing: Your insurance or flexible spending account might even able to able to cover the cost of this class.

Pregnancy is wonderful—but it's a lot. You deserve a birth class that works for you and empowers you to have your best birth. Because vaginal or Cesarean, unmedicated or medication, birth is incredible. And you are the star of it all.

You've got this.

Sign up for The Motherly Birth Class today!

Extended breastfeeding just happened for me—and I'm in no rush to end it

My son is two and a half and still nursing, and it's what makes sense for us.

When I became pregnant with my first child, I assumed that I would breastfeed. I also assumed that I would pump and give bottles. I even had all the bottles, a bottle warmer, and a bottle drying rack all ready to go. I made sure I got my pump before the baby came, so I was ready. But then, I actually tried pumping a couple of times and hated it. It was tedious, time-consuming, and not as effective, so nursing was the standard between my two children. It came naturally for me, and I found it the easier of the two options since I stayed home with them anyway. I was always there when they needed it.

I was able to breastfeed my first until she was two and a half, at which point, I was seven months pregnant with her brother. Between the hormones, being touched out, and being uncomfortable, I decided to fully wean her. It had been coming for some time because the clock was ticking on getting her to sleep on her own before the new baby came since we had been co-sleeping up to this point.

I cut night feedings first, moved her to her own bed, and then weaned her completely as I went along in my pregnancy. She still wanted to nurse to sleep, but I had to stop eventually because I was so uncomfortable. My body and brain could not take it anymore, but I'm proud I made it that far with her and that I nursed that far into pregnancy.

When my second child came around, my son, breastfeeding was not only easier, but I found myself here: extended breastfeeding.

He recently passed two and a half, which is where my daughter stopped, and he is still co-sleeping. He still nurses quite a bit, because his tummy hurts because of constipation issues. He still uses it to soothe and help him go back to sleep at night. He's getting too big to stay in our bed much longer, but I'm in no rush to wean him completely until he's ready.

Being able to stay home with them has definitely fostered the breastfeeding relationship. Cuddling is a huge part of it, too, and I'll continue to breastfeed until it makes sense to stop.

While my husband doesn't always agree with that philosophy and tells him that he's a big boy and can be done having milk, it's ultimately not up to him. I told my son that we would work through it together.

It is still an emotional connection thing, and at the same time, it still has benefits for him. He's still getting nutrients especially designed for him. He's still getting supplemental nutrition while he doesn't want to eat as much otherwise if his stomach is hurting.

My body has been doing this for a long time. I'm used to it. While I get touched out some days, I also know how helpful breastfeeding still is to help him settle down and how much he still appreciates it. I don't feel the need to cut him off quickly—both for his sake and mine.

I'm also painfully aware that this is probably my last baby. My breastfeeding journey, over five years in the making, will soon be over. As long as he is still getting the benefits and I'm not stressed over it, I'll let it continue on a limited basis. I know it will end soon—it has to. He will be growing up and entering the next stage before I know it. But until then, I'm going to cuddle my baby boy a bit longer. I'm going to let him nurse at certain times and in certain situations.

I never intended to do extended breastfeeding with either of them, but it just happened naturally. And that's okay. You need to do what makes the most sense and do what your intuition tells you is right for your family.
