Weena Pauly

Weena Pauly, C-IAYT, E-RYT has been a Somatic Therapist, Yoga Therapist, physical trainer and dancer in NYC for the last twenty-one years. Weena's private practice, ReConnect somatic therapy, is located on Union Square in manhattan. She works with individuals, couples and children in body-focused healing work. Along side ReConnect, she runs parent groups, teaches ReConnect for Littles, an outside movement and mindfulness class for children, and is a student of Somatic Experiencing. Weena lives with her three sons, daughter and husband in Jackson Heights, Queens.
