Led by Certified Nurse-Midwife Diana Spalding, the course details symptoms of each trimester and how to deal with them, what to expect at prenatal appointments, foods that will nourish both you and your baby, movement routines that will help maintain flexibility and range of motion as your body changes, tips on managing relationships and work and meditations to support you mentally.
You'll also hear from other experts, including dietitian nutritionist Crystal Karges, health scientist Kristen Mark, OB/GYN Dr. Kiarra King, author Elizabeth Gedmark and Motherly's own Sarah Goldstein and Deena Campbell.
