Work It—Lesson 18—Child cares ?

Today’s Video Lesson—

Reliable, trustworthy childcare that you can feel good about is one of the most important components of a working mom’s day-to-day life. Your child care provider should meet the following criteria—

1. Reliable

You need to make sure your sitter shows up on time, does what she says she will do, and is reliable.

2. Trustworthy

Someone you’re not going to doubt. A person whose instincts or as good, or even better, than your own.

3. Someone you feel good about

Knowing your child is happy and healthy will free you up to focus on work when you’re at the office.
