The seat can tip over while in use, "posing a drowning hazard to babies," says the CPSC.
Thankfully, no injuries have been reported so far.

The seats were sold on Amazon from July to October 2020 for $40. The seat came in green, blue and gray versions; all three colors are being recalled. The model number BB2206 can be found on the sticker on the back of the bath seat with the following statement: "Advertisement - Warning NEVER LEAVE YOUR CHILD UNATTENDED."
