How would you describe your pregnant style?

Cozy and cute. Big sweaters, long dresses, leggings, boots, and scarves.

Have you had any challenges learning to dress your pregnant body?

My last pregnancy stretched over the spring and summer so I was lucky to get away with cotton sun dresses and one pair of maternity shorts for most of it. This time around has been a bit trickier as we are in the winter months. But I have embraced the thick compression running legging and (shockingly) love it. It really does offer me so much more support and makes any billowy top look chic with the matte black tights.

So far, what has surprised you most during your pregnancy?

This time around, I am pleasantly surprised at how amazing I feel. Even though I'm chasing around a two year old all day, I have way more energy than my first pregnancy. I wrote about it here, but I cleaned up my diet, am drinking plenty of water, and a few other adjustments - Voila, awesome pregnancy!

What’s been your favorite pregnancy piece or brand to show off your bump?

Asos. You can't beat the prices, the pieces are fashion forward, and the quality is great. The other nice thing about Asos is that all the maternity pieces I have bought are transition pieces, so I can easily wear them after baby is born.

What NYC experience are you most looking forward to sharing with your baby?

My son, Phoenix, lives for the sights and sounds of the city. He delights in every subway ride, counts every taxi, and talks at length about how high the buildings and bridges are. I love raising a child in this magical place and can't wait to see him explain it all to his little brother.
