How would you describe your pregnant style?

Comfy Chic. I've never been a fancy-shmancy kinda chick, so there was no way i was gonna become one once this little belly monster invaded my body. But doing what I do, working so early on the radio and interviewing celebrities, I want to feel pretty and put together with as little effort as possible. So it's a lot of jeans with cute tops or tanks layered with cozy chunky sweaters! A boho flowy top with boots also looks feminine and put together, and doesn't make you feel like a house!

Have you had any challenges learning to dress your pregnant body?

Honestly? Not as many as i thought i was going to...I've been very blessed. But, I have been wearing a compression belt to help alleviate some of the pressure...a little difficult to hide that under my tight tops and dresses which I only had so many of -- I tried to shop minimally for my pregnancy because this is a temporary situation. I didn't want to break the bank dressing my basketball belly when it'll be gone soon.

So far, what has surprised you most during your pregnancy?

I'm just in awe of what the female body is capable of...the stretching alone is UNREAL! The transformation is fascinating...looking in the mirror has my jaw on the floor daily (along with a few other things).

What’s been your favorite pregnancy piece or brand to show off your bump?

Michael Stars is a genius...those maternity shirts are all sexy, come in fun colors and cuts, and just complement your bump beautifully!

What NYC experience are you most looking forward to sharing with your baby?

Well, once it gets nice, I can't wait to sit outside at a restaurant with her and my girlfriends to enjoy a boozy brunch! I hope to have her trained to enjoy this weekend delight long before she's legal to have that mimosa!

Nicole is wearing:

  • J Brand maternity skinny jeans that have been a staple my whole pregnancy. Is it wrong I want to wear them even after I give birth?
  • Splendid cowl neck thermal in navy. It's super cozy and makes me feel beautiful!
  • Target wedge sneakers in taupe. You start to feel stumpy as your bump grows, and heels aren't always an option, so these are stylish, super comfortable and give you a little height!
  • Hermes enamel bracelet in white and gold, a sparkly Michelle watch (both gifts from my handsome hubby), and gold and cubic hoops! Because I dress pretty simply, it's nice to jazz things up with some pretty jewels.
