Here are 11 employers who get it.
Target is hitting the mark with its new parental leave policy. Starting June 30, the company's new paid family leave policy offers workers up to four weeks of paid time off to care for a newborn or a sick family member. These benefits will apply to the company's 350,000 employees regardless of how many hours they work.
Starting this fall, Target store and distribution center employees will also receive 20 days of in-center childcare or backup child or elder care as well.
