The Hills: New Beginnings premiers Monday night!
It's been eight years since The Hills went off the air, but on Monday, June 24 The Hills: New Beginnings will be hitting our TVs and PVRs.
The original cast has experienced a lot of life changes since the first show, not the least of which is parenthood. Fans are assuming parenting will likely be a major plot point for the returning reality TV veterans who are now in their 30s and making families.
While not all the cast members of the reboot are parents (or were even on the first show, like in Mischa Barton's case) the core group of women from the first version of The Hills are all moms now.
They may not agree on everything on the upcoming season (it wouldn't be a good reality show if they did) but they all agree that motherhood has been amazing and life-changing.
Kristin Cavallari: Support your mom friends
Pratt reportedly calls on another former Hills castmate, Kristin Cavallari, for advice on motherhood. A mom of three, Cavallari's been a parent the longest of the Hills cast, and on a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, she explained that she's always there to support the new moms in her life.
"Heidi has texted me with any and every question about being a mom," she said. "I talk to her all the time. She's doing great."
Unlike Pratt, Cavallari is not returning for MTV's Hills reboot, as her own reality show, E!'s Very Cavallari, is currently keeping her busy with another network.
Lauren Conrad (who announced her second pregnancy back in April) is also skipping the reboot as she's focused on her growing family and lifestyle brand.
