If there’s anyone who consistently provides us with the viral content we both want and need, it’s the Barefoot Contessa herself. And Ina Garten is at it again, adding her own hilarious commentary to an otherwise innocuous post shared by Reese Witherspoon.

The Legally Blonde star shared an Instagram video earlier this week where she casually sits with her dog outside and talks about the importance of “good habits” inspired by the book “Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones” by James Clear. Reese says she learned that daily habits can greatly impact and even change your life, and felt inspired to share some of hers with her followers.

In the caption to the video, she shared four habits she’s implemented to improve her daily life:

“1. Start the day with a big glass of water.

2. Get 10 mins of outdoor light. @Hubermanlab recommends morning light.

3. Spend 30 — 60 mins reading without distraction everyday.

4. In bed by 10pm. *no late night TV binges. Try to get 8 hours of rest!”

Is there anything wrong with this video? Of course not. Not at all. (Reese Witherspoon can pretty much do no wrong, so there’s that.)

But so many of us aren’t feeling the typical boost of positivity or motivation we usually feel at the start of the new year, because, well *gestures at everything.* We’re entering year three of a global pandemic with no end in sight, and we are tired.

You know who gets it? Everyone’s favorite Hamptons chef and Food Network star Ina Garten. Ina’s evolved from her old “store-bought is fine (but not really fine)” attitude and has shown us all that she, too, is just surviving. If all we can do is the bare minimum of what we can do, then that’s just gotta be good enough.

So, she responded to Reese with her own daily habits.

“That sounds great but I’m probably not doing any of those things! LOL!!” she commented. “My formula is easier to follow:

1. Drink more large cosmos.

2. Stay up late watching addictive streaming series

3. Stay in bed in the morning playing Sudoku instead of reading a good book.

4. Spend more time (safely) with people you love. In a pandemic, I do what I can!”

Personally, I support and love both of these women immensely. But, uh, I definitely relate to one of them more than the other these days and her name rhymes with “Shmina Shmarten.”

Oh, and in case you somehow forgot (it’s understandable given…everything), Ina first became everyone’s pandemic inspiration last year when she shared her favorite coping mechanism on national television: the world’s largest alcoholic beverage.

As the kids say, *chef’s kiss.* Perfection.
