Yellow pit stains are for the birds. And now that the summer heat is here to stay, it's a struggle to keep our armpits dry and our shirts stain-free.

For several years now deodorants formulated without antiperspirant have been growing in popularity (because no matter the brand, antiperspirant deodorants use aluminum to block sweat ducts from producing sweat). On the other hand, basic deodorants are formulated to eliminate armpit stinch, but not the extra moisture we try to keep at bay. So what's a busy mama to do?

And just so you know—don't stress over sweat. Sweat itself doesn't smell; only when it mixes with bacteria on your skin does it create unwanted odor.
