While your baby's eyelids are currently fused shut, they can sense light—which is the light at the end of the tunnel you have been waiting for! Around this time, there is generally an end, or at least a major decrease, to all those exhausting first trimester symptoms. You likely won't have to pee quite as often, hopefully you have much less nausea and you'll start to have some more energy. Now is a great time to get into an exercise routine like prenatal yoga or a gentle cardio class. Exercise during pregnancy will keep you fit and strong to combat backaches from your growing belly, help you sleep better and feel more energetic.
