Right on time ⌚️ — 32 weeks pregnant

Believe it or not, it's really time to start packing that hospital bag. Baby's starting to run out of room in the womb, so you may have begun noticing a change in your baby's movement. Your baby should have at least 10 movements every two hours (every kick, swish, flutter or roll counts). If your baby isn't moving like normal, let your provider know right away. You also may notice your energy starting to wane. Make sure you are getting plenty of rest and hydration, and call on your manservant, mother-in-law, BFF, sister, butcher, baker and candlestick maker to help support you through this next stretch. It takes a village, baby.

P.S. Start practicing those birth breaths. Doulas say the breath is the most powerful tool a woman has. Deep breaths. You've got this.
