Do you need a babysitter, mama? Well, we've got good news. Kraft has $52,000 to spend on babysitters for moms who want to take a break on Mother's Day. Seriously. Kraft will reimburse you up to $100 towards a babysitter if you want to go out on Sunday. Just get a babysitter, get a receipt and upload a photo of the receipt for babysitting services to the Kraft Mother's Day Away site, along with a little note about why you wanted to get a babysitter. Make sure you upload your sitter's receipt or invoice ASAP, as the offer ends on May 19th or as soon as the $52,000 is gone. According to Kraft, moms will be reimbursed about 6 to 8 weeks after submitting.
    This is obviously a marketing stunt, but hey, we'll take it. It's nice to see a company treating mamas to a day off! "Mother's Day is a day to celebrate Mom in all of her greatness, but we know the holiday doesn't stop the challenges of motherhood -- temper tantrums, sleepless nights and picky eaters," says Sergio Eleuterio, head of marketing for Kraft. "With Kraft Mother's Day Away, we are giving moms across the country the chance to have what they secretly really want: some time for themselves." For a lot of moms, this offer is welcome because babysitters are expensive and out of reach for a lot of us who are managing tight household budgets. According to UrbanSitter's 2019 National Childcare Rate Survey, the average cost of an hourly babysitter is $16.75 for one kid and nearly $19.26 for two. If you've got two kids, four hours out of the house can cost you nearly $80! So thanks, Kraft, for covering the cost this Mother's Day. Call the babysitter. Mama's going out!
