If you're expecting a baby this year you've got plenty of celebrity company, mama. From reality TV stars to bloggers and A-list actresses, there is a baby boom happening in celebrity circles right now.

Amy Schumer, Snooki and Christina Anstead are just a few of the celebrity moms who recently welcomed little ones and there are a ton more who are still waiting to meet their kiddos.

Here are some fellow parents-to-be expecting in 2020:

Jersey Shore Star Deena Cortese just announced her 2nd pregnancy with the a Halloween-themed pregnancy announcement 🎃

It's a new era for Jersey Shore's Deena Cortese, who just announced she and her husband Chris Buckner are expecting their second child.

The two already share 21-month-old son CJ. Back when he was a baby Cortese shared that motherhood is harder than she thought it would be, but she's proven to be up to the challenge, even when online trolls mom-shamed her.

We hope that welcoming her second child is a bit easier (and that Instagram users are a bit more empathetic). Cortese's second baby is due in May 2021, an announcement she made via a Hocus Pocus-themed photo shoot.

Along with Chris and CJ, she sported a themed T-shirt announcing the good news (mama's says: "I smell a child", a line from the beloved Halloween classic) and her due date is painted on a pumpkin.

Congratulations on your little pumpkin, Deena!

Hilary Duff is expecting baby no. 3!

Hilary Duff and her husband Matthew Koma are expecting another baby!

This little one will join 2-year-old big sister Banks, and big brother Luca, who Duff shares with her ex, Mike Comrie.

"We are growing!!!" Duff captioned a video announcement on Instagram, which shows Koma rubbing her belly.

Congratulations to this growing family!

Katharine McPhee + David Foster are expecting a baby!

American Idol alum Katharine McPhee and her husband, music mogul David Foster, are expanding their family.

McPhee, 36, is pregnant, People reports. This is her first child and Foster's sixth. Foster, age 70, is already dad to five women between the ages of 34 and 50.

The age gap between McPhee's baby and their half-siblings is larger than most, but as Foster's daughter Erin (age 38) previously told People, the age-gap in the McPhee-Foster marriage has been good for Foster's grown kids.

"Interestingly, the age difference has played a role in a positive way," Erin Foster previously told People. "Our dad comes from a generation where women are more passive. He is also passive about his feelings. Kat has really pushed him to open up. We could get into a fight, and then Kat's like, 'No, you have to pick up the phone, call your daughter back.' She's a facilitator, which is really important. She pushes him to be more emotional and more vulnerable."

Meghan Trainor + Daryl Sabara are having a baby!

Singer Meghan Trainor and Spy Kids actor Daryl Sabara are going to be parents!

"You all know how long I've wanted this!!!!" Trainor captioned a recent Instagram post of a sonogram. "@darylsabara and I are so beyond happy and excited to meet this little cutie early next year! WE'RE PREGNANTTTTT!!!"

As E! News reports, this news comes almost two years after the couple's wedding.

Congrats!

Malcolm in the Middle star Frankie Muniz is known for playing the middle brother but he's about to be a dad!

Muniz and wife Paige Price just announced they're expecting a baby and Price is due in March.

"This is the biggest announcement I've ever made!!!" Muniz said on Twitter.

The couple has been married for 4 years and wasn't always sure this day would come. '

"When we found out we were expecting, I think we were both in a state of disbelief," Price said. "We knew that we wanted this, but we were told our chances weren't that great."

According to Price, dealing with infertility made going to every doctor's appointment very difficult. Now that she is 15 weeks along she can't believe it, and neither can Muniz (who is adorably thrilled).

"We felt like we were living and experiencing a real-life miracle for the first time. The second I heard that heartbeat, reality set in. I was throwing out baby names and future career choices," Muniz says in a video posted to social media.

Her former co-star Vanessa Hudgens was quick to comment, writing "Just the freaking cutest."

Tisdale and French have been married since 2014 and have talked about wanting kids in the past but Tisdale says the constant questions about whether or when they would start a family were overwhelming.

"[After] I got engaged EVERYONE (and I mean everyone!) asked when I was getting married," she wrote on her blog, Frenshe. "Then, once I was married, everyone was asking when I was having kids. To be honest, it just felt invasive. I wasn't ready for that step yet and I wanted to be selfish and have Chris all to myself for a while."

She continues: "[G]oing through my mental health journey, it wouldn't have been the right timing for such a huge life change. I'm not naive about how a baby changes everything as I have a niece and plenty of friends with kids. I'm glad I worked on myself before we decided to make this decision. After six years of marriage, we built a strong foundation, and the timing just felt right."

Tisdale says her first trimester hasn't been easy but she's looking forward to the rest of this journey and to sharing her family's story on her own timeline.

Tisdale reminds the world that if, when or how a person chooses to start a family are personal questions and we never know someone else's story.

This week Legend dropped the video for his new single "Wild", which features the couple's two beautiful kids, 4-year-old Luna and 2-year-old Miles...and shows the couple holding onto Teigen's mid-section in way that suggests she's expecting.

Fans have been busy filling comment sections with questions about whether a third child is on the way, and while neither Teigen or Legend have made a statement about the pregnancy, E! News has confirmed it and "multiple sources" have confirmed it to People.

Back in September 2018, Teigen talked about her plans for a third child in an interview with People, noting that she and John still have some embryos waiting (both Miles and Luna were conceived via in vitro fertilization).

"John wants however many kids I want. That's the good thing with John—he is down for it," Teigen told People at the time.

"Are we ready right now? No! I really love having two, but I think when I'm 70, I'll look back and say, 'Oh, I wish I had more.' I can't see myself regretting having a ton of kids."

Two years later it seems she's ready for another.

Schroder has not yet publicly commented on her pregnancy but has apologized for the series of events that led to her leaving the Bravo series.

"Racially insensitive comments from my past have resurfaced. It is important that I continue to take accountability for what I have said and done, while pushing myself to do better," Schroeder wrote on Instagram. "I have grown significantly from the person I was then, and I am still filled with remorse and regret for the hurt I caused. I am grateful for the people in my life that continue to check me and push me to evolve into a more educated person."

Schroder is engaged to Beau Clark. The two had planned to get married this summer but postponed the event due to COVID-19.

Report: Michelle Williams is engaged + pregnant 🎉

Mom of one Michelle Williams will soon be a mom of two!

News of the actress' pregnancy and engagement to Tony Award-winning director Thomas Kail was first reported by People and confirmed by E! News. The actress split from her former husband musician Phil Elverum nearly a year ago.

Williams and Kail previously worked together when Kail directed Fosse/Verdon, in which Williams starred. She won an Emmy for that performance and her powerful Emmy acceptance speech inspired working moms everywhere by acknowledging "what is possible when a woman is trusted to discern her own needs, feels safe enough to voice them, and respected enough that they'll be heard."

Williams' incredible speech ended with a shout out to her 14-year-old daughter, Matilda, who she shared with the late Heath Ledger: "Matilda, this is for you, like everything else."

Matilda was just 2 years old when she and Williams lost Ledger in 2008.

In the years since his death, Williams has protected their daughter's privacy with the same intensity she brings to her work. In addition to her Emmy win, she has won a Golden Globe and been nominated for four Academy Awards since becoming a mother.

Williams has demonstrated that motherhood is no impediment to professional success and we can't wait to see what she does as a mother of two!

Why right now is the best time for a drivable getaway

Flexible schedules mean more vacation options. 🙌

Looking back now, last winter feels like a lifetime ago. At the time, my husband and I were eagerly planning our summer vacation just as we've done in years past. You know how the next part goes: COVID-19 came into the picture and changed our plans not only for vacationing, but for so much else in life.

In the time since then, we've gained a truly valuable new perspective on what matters—and realized we don't have to look so far to make beautiful memories with our kids. By exploring getaways within driving distance of our home, we've developed a new appreciation for the ability to "pack up the car and go."

Of course, that isn't to say that travel is the carefree adventure it once was. With COVID-19 still a very big part of the equation, we've become much more diligent about planning trips that allow for social distancing and exceed cleanliness standards. That's why we've exclusively turned to Vrbo, which helps us find nearby accommodations that meet our new criteria. Better yet?

Thanks to the money we've saved by skipping air travel and our remote-friendly work schedules, we're able to continue with the trips throughout the fall.

Here are a few more reasons we believe it's a great time for drivable getaways.

Flexible schedules allow us to mix work + play.

After months of lockdown, my family was definitely itching for a change of scenery as the summer began. By looking at drivable destinations with a fresh set of eyes—and some helpful accommodation-finding filters on Vrbo—we were able to find private houses that meet our needs. (Like comfortably fitting our family of five without anyone having to sleep on a pull-out couch!)

With space to spread out and feel like a home away from home, we quickly realized that we didn't need to limit our getaways to the weekends—instead we could take a "Flexcation," a trip that allows us to mix work and play. Thanks to the ability to work remotely and our kids' distance-learning schedule for the fall, we're planning a mid-week trip next month that will allow us to explore a new destination after clocking out for the day.

We’re embracing off-season deals.

With Labor Day no longer marking the end of our vacationing season, we're able to take advantage of nearby getaways that mark down their rates during the off season. For us in the Mountain West, that means visiting ski-town destinations when the leaves are falling rather than the snow. By saving money on that front, we're able to splurge a bit with our accommodations—so you can bet I search for houses that include a private hot tub for soaking in while enjoying the mountain views!

Vacationing is a way to give back.

If we've learned one thing this year, it's that life can change pretty quickly. That's given us a new appreciation for generous cancellation policies and transparent cleaning guidelines when booking trips. By seeing both of these things front and center in Vrbo listings along with reviews from fellow travelers, I feel confident when I hit the "book now" button.

Beyond that, I know that booking a trip through Vrbo isn't only a gift to my family. On the other side of the transaction, there are vacation home owners and property managers who appreciate the income during these uncertain times. What's more, taking getaways allows us to support our local economy—even if it's just by ordering new takeout food to enjoy from our home away from home.

While "looking ahead" doesn't feel as easy as it once did, I am confident that there will be a lot of drivable getaways in our future.

This article was sponsored by Vrbo. Thank you for supporting the brands that support Motherly and mamas.

Our Partners

Sorry, you can’t meet our baby yet

Thank you for understanding. ❤️

In just over three weeks, we will become parents. From then on, our hearts will live outside of our bodies. We will finally understand what everyone tells you about bringing a child into the world.

Lately, the range of emotions and hormones has left me feeling nothing short of my new favorite mom word, "hormotional." I'm sure that's normal though, and something most people start to feel as everything suddenly becomes real.

Our bags are mostly packed, diaper bag ready, and birth plan in place. Now it's essentially a waiting game. We're finishing up our online childbirth classes which I must say are quite informational and sometimes entertaining. But in between the waiting and the classes, we've had to think about how we're going to handle life after baby's birth.

FEATURED VIDEO

I don't mean thinking and planning about the lack of sleep, feeding schedule, or just the overall changes a new baby is going to bring. I'm talking about how we're going to handle excited family members and friends who've waited just as long as we have to meet our child. That sentence sounds so bizarre, right? How we're going to handle family and friends? That sentence shouldn't even have to exist.

Mama, all I see is you

A love letter from your baby.

Mama,

I can't see past you right now, I'm so small and everything's a little blurry.

All I see is you.

When you feel alone, like the walls are closing in, remember I'm here too. I know your world has changed and the days feel a little lonely. But they aren't lonely for me.

You are my everything.

When you feel like you don't know what you're doing, you're making it look easy to me. Even though we're still getting to know each other, you know me better than anyone.

I trust you.
