Since December, the soundtrack for Disney’s Encanto has surpassed pretty much every other children’s song lineup in existence (thanks to the composition stylings of Lin-Manuel Miranda, naturally). If you’re a parent with children under the age of 10, you probably know every lyric line-by-line and have found yourself dramatically flourishing around the house to the tune of “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” more than once.

And since children of all ages are still loving “Let It Go” from 2013’s Frozen, it’s safe to say the Encanto is obsession is just getting started.

Luckily, there’s a cure for that. At least, according to a hilarious and adorable commercial spoof by Lin-Manuel Miranda himself. Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday night, Miranda shared the medicine parents everywhere need for their “Encanto earworms.”

“Have the songs of Encanto brought your life to a joy-filled, yet grinding halt?” asks Miranda. “Well now there’s hope. Encantix, the only prescription medication clinically proven to curb your cravings for the Encanto soundtrack.”

Directions: Pop one Encantix pill into each ear and “take a break from the sonic delights of national treasure Lin-Manuel Miranda.”

One mom in the commercial says that before Encantix, her children were listening to “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” at least 200-300 times per day. But thanks to Encantix, “we’ve gotten it down to a solid 125.”

But be warned, because Encantix is not to be used to curb song-obsessions from “Hamilton, Moana, or any other Disney musical.” (All written by Mr. Miranda, of course.)

Side effects: “Explosive jazz hands.” But don’t worry, it’s made by the same pharmaceutical company that brought us “Frozac.”

Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ll be watching this Encantix skit as many times as my kids will be watching Encanto today.
