I feel you ?— 27 weeks pregnant
One thing's for sure, in a few short months, that baby's coming out. There's seriously nothing like feeling your baby move inside of you. And while he's exploring your womb, your baby is developing tactile sensation and muscle tone (so cool!)—but whoa, baby, could you "explore" a little bit more gently? You also may start to notice your uterus tightening or hardening frequently. These are called Braxton Hicks contractions. Stay hydrated by drinking lots of water, changing your position or getting off your feet if the Braxton waves are getting too intense. If you have more than four of them in an hour, call your provider, as it could be a warning sign of preterm labor.
