We know how difficult it can be to even think about exercise during that first trimester, but once you stop feeling like hell and start regaining some of your energy (it was around the four month mark for me), you'll want to make sure you keep moving. Working out is good for you, it's good for your baby, and if you keep a good exercise regime going now, it won't be that bad to jump back in the saddle once the baby has finally made his or her appearance.
