When baby first gets here, all you’re going to want to do is hold him. You’ll probably wear him all over the city and wonder why you even registered for that bulky stroller. Then somewhere around 6 months, that little nugget starts really putting your biceps to the test and you realize why a stroller is so important. Babies grow. And while those subway stairs (not to mention your stoop) aren’t technically getting longer, they sure will feel like they are with each milestone. So, you can either keep standing at the top or the bottom of those steps and hope that someone offers mama a hand, or you can swing the latest Maclaren Mark II stroller over your shoulder and get on with your day. At 7.3 lbs., it may very well be lighter than your babe ever was (or will be).
