Let’s get rid of this “primary parent” notion from the get-go. ?
Actually, to suggest women “should” do anything other than what they feel is right for their families is anti-feminist.
And we shouldn’t have to feel guilty for wanting this precious time with our baby. Or selfish for wanting to still get paid during this time.
When work gets busy just in time for baby’s arrival, take a deep breath and remember you’ve got this!
You are a mom. You have a career. You need to use your time VERY wisely.
Because working from home is definitely, without a doubt, working.
