They fill our favorite people’s little brains with knowledge and form the future of the country with kind words, carefully planned lessons and so much work before and after the bell rings.

We appreciate our children’s teachers so much, and so does travel company CheapCaribbean, because it is offering 50 teachers (and a guest each) free flights to Mexico.

Teachers need to be a member of CheapCaribbean’s Beach4Teach Club by May 9th (the second to last day of Teacher Appreciation Week) to enter to win. On the 10th, those who signed up will receive an email to register for free flights to Mexico and the first 50 people to claim them will able to book.

The flights must be booked for July 10-Dec. 31, 2019, with select blackout dates, and you’ve got to be staying at one of the following resorts: Zoetry, Breathless Secrets, Reflect, Now, or Sunscape for six days to be able to claim the free flights.

You can also nominate a teacher in another contest:

Norwegian Cruise Lines is giving 30 teachers in the U.S. (and Canada!) a seven day cruise for two.

You can nominate your child’s teacher or, if you are a teacher, you can nominate yourself.” The top 30 nominees will receive a free cruise for two, an exclusive invitation to an award ceremony on May 3 in Seattle (including airfare and accommodations) and the chance to win 1 of 3 grand prizes of either $25,000, $15,000 or $10,000 for their school,” the cruise line notes on its website.

Good luck teachers!
