As a devoted educator with more than 18 years of experience, Laura Morgan currently serves as the Head of School at two of Stratford's campuses in Sunnyvale, California. Prior to this, Laura served as a principal and vice principal, and taught preschool and elementary grades. She sees each child as a unique individual, who will thrive in an environment that allows him/her to develop emotionally, socially, and physically. This philosophy helps to build strong, confident problem-solvers.
Laura Morgan leads a variety of training modules for Stratford teachers including Growth Mindset, Creating Parent Partnerships, Positive Discipline, Developing High Touch Relationships, and Engaging Students in Your Classrooms, to name a few. In addition, Laura conducts child development workshops that provide insight and support for parents throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
