You may not have time to spring for a full-body massage, but
dry brushing is a nice at-home alternative. Wait until baby takes a nap, light
a candle, and dry brush away.
DIY callous treatment
It may seem too good to be true, but lots of people have had
success with this trick. This
blog discussed the treatment and found it didn’t work, but many of its
readers loved it. Try 3 cups Listerine (original, NOT blue or green!), 3 cups
vinegar, and 6 cups warm water. Soak for 10-20 minutes in a pan or bowl and
finish with a pumice stone. Prep this before a feeding and soak away your
callouses while baby eats.

Easy, fun nail art
Easy Fall Nail Art! All you need is tape! 1. Base coat (Cuccio base coat) 2. 2 coats of base color, letting dry completely between each coat (Essie Mink Muffs). Let dry completely. 3. Place tape as shown. I stuck the tape twice to my skin before putting it on my nail to prevent smudging. 4. Paint one triangle with second color (Essie Bahama Mama) and the other with glitter (Sally Hansen Golden Rule). 5. Before the polish gets too tacky, paint first 2 triangles with shiny top coat (Cuccio top coat). Remove tape before top coat gets tacky 6. Paint the last 2 triangles (base color) with a matte top coat (Revlon matte top coat) #fallnails #easynailart #eyeheartbeauty #easybeauty
