Name: Colleen Wachob

Neighborhood: DUMBO

Occupation: Co-Founder at mindbodygreen

Baby’s Sex: Girl

How would you describe your pregnant style?

Minimalist Comfort. I haven’t made many investments in maternity clothing, preferring to spend on experiences like prenatal massages. I didn’t even buy a pair of maternity jeans, but loaded up on classic Storq basics and Isabella Oliver body con dresses.

Have you had any challenges learning to dress your body during this pregnancy?

My go-to uniform is a bohemian inspired, long flowy dress, which worked for the first 6 months of my pregnancy. I’m in the home stretch now, and my pregnancy uniform is a body con dress with leggings.

So far, what has surprised you most during your pregnancy?

My desire to slow down. My body and mind have craved prenatal yoga and meditation over running and cardio.

What are you most looking forward to sharing with your baby?

Skin-on-skin time 🙂

What’s your top 5 registry essentials?

1. Snoo Smart Sleeper — I’m a big fan of Dr. Harvey Karp and the 5 S’s philosophy

2. Naya Breast Pump — It’s new, super quiet, and devleoped by a mom of 3

3. Joolz Stroller — The stroller is built around the concept of positive design. Joolz also plants a tree for every stroller sold and uses a ton of sustainable packaging.

4. Solly Baby Wrap.

5. Babyganics everything.
