This festive cranberry mocktail is easy to make and quite refreshing. As an added bonus, the raw honey will help soothe any dry or sore throat you may have thanks to cold season! To make this for a crowd, you can double or triple the recipe. The cranberry mixture can even be made a day ahead of time and stored in the fridge. When you are ready to serve, just mix with sparkling water and enjoy! Sparkling Cranberry Mocktail 1/2 cup cranberries 1/4 cup fresh orange juice 2 T fresh lime juice 1/2 cup water 1 T raw honey 1 cup Sparkling water Frozen cranberries for garnish Serves 4 In a blender, combine the orange juice, lime juice, honey, cranberries and water. Strain the mixture to remove the cranberry solids. Fill four glasses with ice, 1/4 cup of the cranberry mixture and 1/4 cup of sparkling water.
