Instead of resigning yourself to water at your next fete, try this Pomegranate Ginger Mocktail. Not only is it delicious and festive but it’s loaded with antioxidants to keep you glowing into the new year (not that you need it, mama!) and ginger to help boost circulation. Cheers!

Pomegranate Ginger Holiday Mocktail

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds plus a few more for garnish
  • 1/2 inch knob ginger peeled and chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Club soda

  1. Combine pom seeds, ginger, lime juice and water in a blender until smooth.
  2. Fill two low ball glasses with a few cubes of ice
  3. Divide the pomegranate mixture amongst the two glasses
  4. Top with club soda and a few pomegranate seeds and
