In case you’re in need of a summertime reminder that all bodies are good bodies, Ashley Graham is here to deliver. The mama of three recently shared a quick TikTok message for anyone who may be doubting their confidence in their summer wardrobe.

Using a viral sound, she lip syncs as she says “Look at me, look at me: Wear the crop top. Wear the crop top!”

And wear it she does—because she deserves to! We all deserve to.

Graham, who is mom to to-year-old Isaac and welcomed twins Roman and Malachi with husband Justin Earvin earlier this year, has always been unapologetic about what she chooses to wear. She’s beautiful yes, but she doesn’t subscribe to toxic and outdated beauty standards.

Last month, she shared a full-body video (sporting her new Knix collection bra and underwear), where the mom of three looks gorgeous and confident.

“Posting this video for all the mamas who haven’t and may never ‘bounce back’ and for anyone who needs to be reminded that your body is beautiful in its realest form,” she wrote in the caption.

Last year, she opened up about how “bounce-back culture” affected her relationship with her body while pregnant with her first son, Isaac, and her postpartum experience.

“I learned that the hard way when I tried to control everything when I was pregnant with Isaac and I told myself that I was going to bounce right back because I was breastfeeding and everybody told me, ‘Oh, if you breastfeed you’re going to lose all the weight,'” Graham said at the time, and acknowledged that isn’t what happened for her. “It’s so hard acknowledging and accepting the loss of control of your body when you’re pregnant.”

We can’t control everything, even though it’s a natural instinct for mamas to want to. We can, however, buy the clothes that fit our bodies—not the clothes that require our body to fit to them—and rock those clothes with confidence because they make us happy.

So, you heard the woman—WEAR THE CROP TOP.
