Kelly Osbourne welcomes her first child!

New mama alert! Kelly Osbourne just gave birth to a sweet baby boy.

This is the first child for Osbourne, 37, with her Slipknot rocker boyfriend, Sid Wilson. The baby’s name is Sidney, just like his dad, according to proud grandma Sharon who announced the news on Tuesday.

“So great, so great. She won’t let a picture go out of him, and I’m so proud of her,” Sharon shared of Kelly’s experience as a new mom.  

“The Fashion Police” alum first announced her pregnancy on Instagram earlier this year in May. She posted a couple of adorable pictures holding her sonogram photos.

We’ll never know if the reality star had plans to keep the baby’s gender a secret until birth because, in typical excited-grandparent fashion, her father, Ozzy Osbourne, let the cat out of the bag! In October, she spoke to “ET” about how it happened.

“I mean, he’s told everyone,” Osbourne said, “….the gender of my baby before I ever got the chance to, and I’m just like, ‘Aww Dad, come on. Like, come on,’ but I will say, every single day he does this little song and this little dance about how excited he is, and he is so excited that it’s a boy. It’s the first—out of me and my brother, it’s the first boy, so, he’s like planning all these things.”

Helpful and supportive grandparents are truly a gift and from the sounds of it, The Osbournes are just that.

“I’m really, really excited,” she gushed. “And my parents have been incredible and been with me every step of the way on this journey, ’cause my boyfriend is in a band, they tour, so, he’s hardly been here, so, every milestone I’ve kinda gone through with my dad, and he’s been great, even though he sometimes says the wrong thing. I’ll walk into the room and he’ll go, ‘Wow, you’re big.’ and I’m like, ‘Thanks, Dad.'”

In the same interview, Kelly Osbourne also revealed that she’s planning on returning to the UK to join her parents’ reality show, “Home to Roost.”

“I will be splitting my time, half the time in the U.K., half the time here, and which is great since Sid’s half-English as well,” she added. “He has all of his family over there, and my child will be able to have the same kind of life I did, just not on the road.”

Osbourne has also spoken freely about her other plans as a mama-to-be and among them is her decision to not breastfeed. While co-hosting “Red Table Talk,” she said, “I have chosen to stay on my medication instead of breastfeeding and the judgment that I have received from my friends and also extended family [is wild].”

She didn’t specify exactly what type of medication she’s on but it’s something that can’t be administered to pregnant or breastfeeding women. Her choice, she says, is tough but ultimately what she thinks is the best option for her and her baby.

Osbourne spoke about her addiction struggles, which started when she just 13, and her fear of relapsing while she’s nursing—should she be taken off of her medication to breastfeed her baby.

“What kind of mother am I gonna be if I start going backwards, if I start being self-destructive?”

The reality star also added that she’s “very blessed” her pregnancy happened at a time in her life when she’s both sober and sane. “Because you can be sober, but not sane. Sanity is what I’m most grateful for,” she said.

In July, proud father, Ozzy, didn’t miss an opportunity to share his excitement about adding a new member to the family when he spoke to “ET.”

He said, “Kelly is big and she’s beautiful and I love it.” He also added that he already knows what he’s buying his newest grandchild, saying, “The first thing that I’m gonna buy is a microphone.”

Baby Sidney is Ozzy and Sharon’s fifth grandchild. The couple’s son, Jack, has three daughters with ex-wife Lisa Stelly. In July, he welcomed a fourth child with his fiancée, Aree Gearhart.
