Lena Winters, LCSW

Lena Winters is the Health and Well-Being Program Manager for the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine. Lena Winters has extensive micro and macro level experience focusing on holistic well-being with individuals and families – in direct practice as a psychotherapist and social worker and on a larger scale for companies, universities, and organizations as a consultant, trainer, and Learning and Development professional. Lena has created and delivered learning programs targeted at promoting different areas of well-being such as Burnout Prevention, Stress Management, Cultivating Resilience, Mental Health Awareness, Managing Unconscious Bias, Developing Emotional Intelligence, and Effective Communication Skills. Lena's goal is to support people in building customized, accessible well-being strategies and practices that become part of their day, their week and ultimately their life.
