Complete Motherly’s 2025 State of Motherhood Survey and enter your email address at the completion of the survey to be entered for a chance to win one (1) of five (5) $100 Amazon Electronic Gift Cards.
Motherly will select five (5) submission emails at random to receive one (1) of five (5) $100 USD Amazon electronic gift card good for US Amazon redemption. We are unable to offer prizes for any other country or in any other denomination. If for any reason the randomly selected winner cannot redeem the US Amazon electronic gift card, Motherly will select another winner at random. Winners will be randomly selected on May 1st, 2025 and will be notified by email on May 2nd 2025. If prizes are not claimed by May 7th, 2025, Motherly will select another winner at random, will notify that winner by email and will give that winner one (1) calendar week to claim their prize. All entries agree to receive email communications from Motherly including marketing messaging.
