Ashley Sharp

Ashley Sharp is a driven leader with a passion for public service and social entrepreneurship. As a Millennial woman of color with over a decade of public service experience, she brings an innovative approach to leadership and nonprofit management. Ashley began her role as the Executive Director of Dwell with Dignity in 2018, where she has successfully led the organization to new heights, offerring families a fresh start through free, transformative interior design services. In 2019, under Ashley's leadership, Dwell with Dignity expanded its mission to include community spaces leading to a significant increase in the organization's impact.
