Krista works at A Life in Progress as a writer, Holistic Mind-Body Coach, and Joyful Living Educator. Her coaching process, and Brave + Beautiful Membership Community, help midlife women Befriend their True Selves, quiet the conditioning and noise, and practice a kinder way of being in their body and life. She and her husband of 30 years raised their family on Treaty 6 Territory just outside the Rocky Mountains, in Canada. Krista is a highly sensitive human familiar with grief and trauma, and she is committed to joy and to feeling fully alive in every season – even the hardest them.
