Samantha Rudolph

Samantha Rudolph, CEO and co-founder of Babyation, leads a venture-backed startup reshaping the feeding industry. Motivated by a passion for supporting mothers, Samantha established Babyation to revolutionize outdated breast pump technology. Even before motherhood, she felt compelled to redesign breast pumps after reading about the sacrifices women made for an industry lacking innovation. With a background as a certified lactation consultant and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, Samantha brings a unique blend of expertise to her role. Previously, she spent nine years as an entrepreneur at ESPN, pioneering various products and technologies. Beyond Babyation, Samantha serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Washington University and is an active mentor at Stadia Ventures. Her commitment to supporting mothers is evident as Treasurer of the St. Louis Breastfeeding Coalition. Under her leadership, Babyation earned recognition on Fast Company's World Changing Ideas (2023) and TIME's List of Best Inventions (2022). In a landscape where only 2% of venture-backed startups are founded by women, Samantha emerges as a dedicated leader challenging perceptions and emphasizing the transformative potential of Babyation's technology in the lives of parents worldwide.
