Cisnernos says he didn't understand how much this little video would come to mean when he posted it last year, but as the tiny BFFs keep going viral, he's understanding the impact the image is having on the world.
He reads his rules into the camera: "Don't put your hands in your pockets. Don't put your hoodie on. Don't be outside without a shirt on. Check in with your people, even if you're down the street."
