Younger siblings perpetually want to do everything their older siblings do. It’s just a rite of passage. A force of nature, if you will. And this Texas toddler cheerleader is no different—watch this two-year-old boy steal the show from his big sister’s middle school cheerleading squad in a now-viral TikTok.

“When you’re 2 but you have watched too many cheer practices in the living room,” the little boy’s mom, Michelle Rodriguez, captioned her video, which now has more than 10 million views and 2.4 million likes.

Her son, Liam, can be seen shaking his own set of pom-poms along with the big girls, nailing every single move like he’s been doing it for years.

“Last year, he started stealing his sister’s pom poms,” Rodriguez told TODAY Parents. “We hid her expensive ones at home and I bought Liam a cheap pair. Then, my daughter’s coach gave him an extra pair she had for the team.”

Rodriguez says Liam has three older sisters who all participate in dance and cheerleading, so clearly he’s being influenced by experts. Because, as you can see in the video, this isn’t just a cute little two-year-old childishly mimicking his 12-year-old sister’s moves—this is a professional toddler cheerleader in his own right, absolutely killing it on the sidelines.

“Yes yes get him at the top of the pyramid because he needs to be the star.”

“As a youth cheer coach, this is my favorite!!! I love so much when the little brothers or sisters joining in! 🥰🥰🥰🥰”

Oh and don’t worry, little Liam has the fight song choreography down pat, too.
