Charity Curley Mathews

Charity Curley Mathews is a former executive at Martha Stewart and HGTV who's now a family food writer at Foodlets.com. That's where you'll find her super simple recipes packed with fresh ingredients and tried-and-true advice about raising little foodies. The author of five cookbooks for kids, including “Super Simple Baking for Kids,” she's been featured on Food Network.com, Disney, HGTV, Huffington Post, WHUP radio, ABC 11-TV and more. She has a BA in Communications from Western Washington University, a certificate in Fundraising Management from Columbia University in New York City, and is currently finishing a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, where she is a Distinguished Scholar candidate. When she graduates, she’ll have earned credentials including MSW, C-SSWS and LCSW. Charity lives on a small farm in North Carolina with her family of six, plus their rescue dogs, bunnies, chickens and bees.
