Hilary Duff is pregnant with her second child—and it's a girl!

Hilary Duff’s family will soon have a younger addition: The actress announced today she is expecting a baby girl with her musician boyfriend, Matthew Koma.

“Guess what guys! @matthewkoma and I made a little princess of our own and we couldn’t be more excited,” Duff shared on Instagram along with a sweet picture of the duo and a look at her little baby bump.

The dad-to-be echoed the sentiment in the caption for the same picture on his own account, saying, “We made a baby girl! She will be as beautiful and sweet as her mother… @hilaryduff another incredible chapter begins.”

Duff is already a mama to 6-year-old Luca, whom she shares with ex-husband Mike Comrie. She recently spoke about the initial adjustment to motherhood—and how it ultimately boosted her confidence in unexpected ways.

“My body helped create a bond between us, and me being there for him in those first months of his life ultimately was far more important than me trying to get in shape right away,” she said last month. “We’re all too hard on ourselves about everything. It’s important sometimes—whether it’s in front of the mirror, or trying to get breakfast on the table—to just take a step back and chill for a minute.”

The baby news comes just days after older sister Hayley Duff welcomed her second child, a baby girl named Lulu Gray—so congrats all around for the Duff sisters and their growing families!
