We're showing our children what hard work and determination look like, of course. But more importantly, we're showing them what working together can accomplish.
There is something to be said for what we give our children when we adventure with them, and what they give us in return. Even if all we can manage at times is an excursion to the next town.
It's great that this powerful COO is sharing the struggles that working parents face and that a working mother's spouse is recognizing her efforts on a personal level. But there are some things that need to change.
