The third trimester of pregnancy is an amazing time: You’re getting so close to meeting baby, your bump is a clear sign people should offer seats to you and those baby kicks are in full force.

But, let’s be real, there are some downsides to the third trimester—and third-time mama Jessie James Decker knows all about those.

“My belly is so low this time and sleeping is getting very uncomfortable. I have to pee every 30 minutes no joke,” she says in a new Instagram post to mark 30 weeks.

As unpleasant as the frequent bathroom breaks may be, it’s reality for most moms as pregnancy stretches on: Between hormonal changes that cause your bladder to fill faster and that growing uterus pressing down, it may seem like you need to pee 24/7.

That’s one side-effect of pregnancy that’s totally worth it when baby arrives—which Decker says (almost) everyone in the family is eagerly anticipating.

“So excited to meet this little boy,” she adds in the post. “Viv asks me everyday when she gets to finally hold him as she puts her little hands out like she’s rocking a baby. Bubby is not shy about letting us know he’s still the baby right now.”

As Decker will be the first to admit, having a newborn in the house doesn’t mean things will go right back to sailing smoothly. Still, she is confident that having a few more tricks up her sleeves from her experiences with daughter Vivianne and son Eric will help.

“I have heard one to two is the biggest hurdle,” Decker told Mini last fall. “I’m not too worried about it.”

Rather, she’s just staying focused on the big picture of parenting.

“The most important thing to me is to make sure I raise them to be good, happy, loving people and to spread happiness wherever they are,” she says. “I think if you’re a good person and spread happiness, good things will come to you!”

Considering how much happiness Decker already brings to our lives, it’s doubtful that will be much of a problem.
