According to PEOPLE magazine, it looks like the Kardashians and Barkers are officially a blended family! Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker got married in Santa Barbara—after a “practice round” ceremony (that wasn’t legally binding )in Vegas earlier this spring. Congratulations are definitely in order for the happy couple.

Kourtney and Travis had the ceremony at a courthouse with only a few friends as witnesses in attendance. Apparently, this is kind of another “practice” wedding ahead of a much bigger ceremony in Italy later this year—the couple had to be legally married in the U.S. before having a ceremony abroad.

“They had to legally get married first ahead of their big Italian wedding, which is happening very soon,” the source tells PEOPLE. “All the details are set and the whole family, including all the kids, are very excited.”

The Vegas wedding took place in the wee hours of the morning last month at the One Love Wedding Chapel, according to PEOPLE. The couple was already in town for the 2022 Grammy Awards, and they even got married in the same outfit they wore to the awards ceremony!

“I didn’t know who it was until they pulled up. I advertise as 24-hours but they wanted to make sure I was still there. They paid and they requested Elvis Presley, that was mandatory. I called back 5 minutes later and was like, I got an Elvis, and there they were,” One Love Wedding Chapel owner Marty Frierson tells PEOPLE.

The entire ceremony lasted for about 30 minutes, and after they got married they tossed the bouquet and danced to Elivs. Frierson said the whole experience was full of “a lot of love” and that the couple had “a lot of fun.”

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have been together since late 2020, but have been friends for a long time—Barker has been Kris Jenner’s neighbor for years.

In the most recent trailer for The Kardashians, Kourtney and Travis revealed plans to expand their family.

“Travis and I want to have a baby,” Kourtney says in the trailer. Thankfully, she and Travis take off their mics during the appointment. Travis is later seen kissing his fiancée’s hand as she lies down on a bed in the doctor’s office.

Kourtney Kardashian also shared that she was freezing her eggs on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which occurred before she and Travis began dating. She’s already a proud mama to Mason, 12, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 7, whom she shares with ex-partner Scott Disick. Travis has two kids of his own with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler—Landon, 18, and Alabama, 16.

The couple have been engaged since October 2021. No word on when exactly the big Italian wedding will take place, but we’ll surely be able to keep up with the nuptials on their new Hulu show.
