If you’ve bopped to Justin Timberlake, followed Cardi B in her motherhood journey, or couldn’t get enough of Pink’s new album, you’re in for a treat. For the 61st year, the Grammys are back, honoring and awarding the best of the best in the recording industry.

Since your to-do list is already full, here’s everything you need to know about this year’s awards:

When is it?

This will broadcast live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, Feb. 10 at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT.

Where can I watch?

If you pay for TV, simply tune into your local CBS network. If you’ve cut the cable cord, don’t worry. Viewers can live stream the Grammys using CBS All Access. Our tip? Sign up for a seven-day free trial Sunday morning and enjoy the show, then see what else you can binge before the trial is up. You can also sign up for Hulu’s live services, YoutubeTV or check out live stream services on your smart TV.

Who should I look for?

Even if you’re not up to date on top hits, there are some amazing parents we love to follow nominated.

Pink: Nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album. We love how honest she has been about motherhood.

The Carters: Nominated for multiple awards, including Best R&B Performance. And yes, even Bey goes to Target.

Justin Timberlake: His song Say Something is up for Best Pop Due/Group Performance. We vote for him to be dad of the year.

Cardi B: She’s up for a number of awards, including Best Rap Performance—and an incredible mama. She canceled her tour last year to be close with her new baby.

Bradley Cooper: If you missed A Star Is Born, listen to Shallow with Lady Gaga before Sunday. On repeat, and up for multiple awards.

Backstreet Boys: The band came back (with their families!) and we were here for it. The performance is up for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance

Travis Scott: Dad to Stormi and partner to Kylie Jenner, Travis has had a *big* year. His album Astroworld is in the running for Best Rap Album, including a few of his songs.

Christina Aguilera: Her song Fall In Line with Demo Lovato is up for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. She talked about how motherhood has changed her—and her career.

Kelly Clarkson: Her album Meaning of Life is one of the finalists for Best Pop Vocal Album. We love what she learned about rising above bullies for mom and children.

Toni Braxton: She’s up for Best R&B Performance, among others. Aside from being an incredible performer, she’s also a mama of two.
