Back in November first-time mama Jenny Marr learned she and her husband, Chris, were pregnant. A week later she learned she was having not just one baby—but four identical quadruplets. And when her pregnancy and birth plan couldn’t get much more complicated, she learned she’d be welcoming her four babies during the middle of a pandemic.

Hudson, Harrison, Henry and Hardy — were born at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas on March 15 and are now home after spending 10 weeks in the NICU and almost a month in the Special Care Nursery.

The last few months have been shocking for Jenny, who delivered four boys by C-section and has no history of multiples in her family. “We just hope that this little story and our boys bring as much joy to everybody as they bring to us,” Jenny told Today.

Her husband, Chris, remembers the moment he first learned he would be going from a father of none to a father of four.

“The tech, who was doing the initial scan, gave me a funny look,” he says. “We were like, ‘Oh, what’s going on now?’ We got worried again. She said, ‘I’m not supposed to say this, but y’all got four babies.'”

The proud new dad continues: “I made the joke that I am not coming back because there are going to be five babies next time,” he continued.

For now, Chris and Jenny are both thrilled with the number four. Congratulations to the new parents!
