EVERYTHING is new.Every day there’s a first.Your whole life just got flipped upside down and inside out.Every decision you make feels wrong. It’s nothing like you saw in the movies. You’re sleep deprived on a whole new level that your body has never experienced. Your hormones are raging in a way your body has never dealt with. You need space but you feel guilty and ungrateful when for taking even a second to yourself. So while my life might seem hectic and busy as a mom of 3—it’s taken me this long to feel an ounce of confidence. To learn how to coparent, give myself grace and talk myself off the ledges.
