Heads up, mama—there’s a recall on popular sunscreens from Neutrogena and Aveeno.

Johnson & Johnson is voluntarily recalling five of its six Neutrogena and Aveeno spray sunscreens , after finding a potentially cancer-causing chemical called benzene in some samples.

Here’s what you need to know:

The only sunscreen products impacted are aerosol, or spray, products, specifically :

NEUTROGENA® Beach Defense® aerosol sunscreen,

NEUTROGENA® Cool Dry Sport aerosol sunscreen,

NEUTROGENA® Invisible Daily™ defense aerosol sunscreen,

NEUTROGENA® Ultra Sheer® aerosol sunscreen, and

AVEENO® Protect + Refresh aerosol sunscreen.

You can keep using lotion or stick versions of these products. But if you own these sunscreens in spray form, stop using them immediately.

According to Johnson & Johnson, benzene is classified as a human carcinogen, a substance that could potentially cause cancer depending on the level and extent of exposure. It’s not an ingredient in any of the sunscreens—but was detected in some sample products. Out of an abundance of caution, the company is recalling the aerosol sunscreens listed above while they figure out how benzene made it into those samples.

If you would like a refund, you can contact Johnson & Johnson by calling 1-800-458-1673. If you’ve been using one of these sunscreens and are concerned about your possible exposure to benzene, contact your doctor or medical professionals.

Our Social Media Audience Stategist Erin Chen swears by this sunscreen! “This sunscreen is a must-have! Despite my dry and sensitive skin (and I mean sensitive ), it gave me a glowy look and kept me feeling hydrated. It doesn’t feel sticky or uncomfortable and glides on super easily. You can go on hikes, horseback riding (what I did!), and it WILL make sure you don’t get a tan.”
