Tone It Up co-founder Katrina Scott wants to change how we talk about postpartum bodies
Katrina Scott, co-founder of the fitness empire Tone It Up, is a health inspiration to millions of women around the world. Since 2009 she has been teaching women how to get strong and feel their best through workout classes, videos, books, and social media posts to Tone It Up's +1 million followers.
