A major recall this week on pre-made foods like wraps and salads from some of the largest grocery stores. We have all the details. Plus, a mixing pitcher that can whip up your baby’s formula and make you a margarita. Need we say more?! And, how Starbucks is becoming a pioneer in supporting employees who are parents. It’s all right here, in our Weekly Links.

  1. Co-working mamas can soon take their kiddos with them if they’re renting space at The Wing — you know, the chicest of all co-working spaces. While parents work, their littles will be experiencing art, music and movement classes. There will even be some open play time where mamas can join in, too! The Little Wing will be opening this winter in SoHo and West Hollywood. Sign up to be the first to know about openings.
  2. A huge food recall on grab-and-go foods right now at major grocery stores. We’re talking Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Harris Teeter, Walmart, Kroger, and 7-Eleven. If you buy items like pre-made salads, wraps or pizzas, they could contain salmonella or listeria. You’ll want to comb through the whole list before digging in.
  3. If you’re a commitment-phobe when it comes to big purchases, we have the DL on your perfect stroller. Colugo just launched this week, and their ultra light, ultra stylish strollers fold up in two seconds with just one hand… and are easier to carry than a bag of groceries. It comes in a variety of colors and patterns — and best of all, you can try it out for 100 days before deciding if you want to keep it! Major win.
  4. A pitcher than can mix your baby’s formula and then mix you a marg?! Uhhhh, yes, we want that. Baby Brezza’s One Step Formula Mixer does all the work for you. Just push a button and its whisk gets to work mixing an entire day’s worth of formula, saving you so much time. Then, after baby goes to bed: grab the tequila!
  5. And all the praise hands for Starbucks this week, after announcing they’ll offer backup child and adult care for employees with dependents. The coffee company has teamed up with Care.com to offer emergency child or adult care for just $1 an hour, or daycare for $5 a day. We love it when big business supports parents!
