Chuck E. Cheese is basically a rite of passage in parenthood, and it doesn’t matter who you are—your kids are going to want to go, and you’re going to get sucked into going. It’s inescapable. Similarly, having a Chuck E. Cheese birthday party is also a rite of passage in everyone’s childhood, so it’s not surprising that The Rock held his little girl’s 5th birthday party there.

What is surprising, though, is the sight of him on the boat ride named after his latest movie, Jungle Cruise. Let’s just say the uh, Chuck E. Cheese version of the boat isn’t exactly made to scale.

“Sorry, Chuckee, we’re gonna need a bigger boat,” he captioned the photo of him and his daughter, Jasmine.

LOL. Brilliant.

The Rock explains that because of COVID, his daughter Jasmine didn’t get the 5th birthday party she deserved, so they rented out the entire place for a belated party.

“Saturday: 8:30AM. (yes 8:30am ),” he captioned the series of party pics. “Riding the @chuckeecheese version of “Daddy’s JUNGLE CRUISE” ”

Even though he’s The Rock, and even though he could probably rent out every Chuck E. Cheese in North America, and there’s a ride dedicated to a movie he’s in, he’s still just a party dad at Chuck E. Cheese. At the crack of dawn. Solidarity, Dwayne.

“A big warm MAHALO to the Chuckee Cheese staff for coming in early morning to take such great care of our families,” he wrote. “We all had an AWESOME time and as you can see here my 270lbs completely dislodged this poor little boat off it’s happy hydraulic hinges.”

Johnson shares daughters Jasmine and 3-year-old Tiana with wife Lauren Hashian, 36, whom he married in August 2019. He also has an older daughter, Simone, who is 19.

Basically, The Rock is the ultimate Girl Dad and we love him for it. Earlier this year while reflecting on parenting three daughters, he told PEOPLE that he’s learned just showing up for them and being there for them all the time is the most important lesson he’s learned as a parent.

“You can be wired, as a lot of fathers are, to fix things,” he said at the time. “Just having an expanded capacity to listen and be more tender and gentle really gave me that ability to solve whatever the issue is, but with them compared to for them.”

High-five to that. Now about that boat…
