‘Selling Sunsets’ Heather Rae Young and Tarek El Moussa welcome their first child together—’We are on cloud 9′

Heather Rae and Tarek El Moussa welcomed their first child together on Tuesday, January 31. The proud parents shared the news with all of their fans on Instagram.

“Our baby boy is doing amazing and Heather was a rockstar during labor,” Tarek, 41, tells US Weekly.

El Moussa shared an adorable picture of their little one on Instagram. ““Our baby boy is here 🤍 1.31.23,” he captioned the post, “Mama & baby are happy, healthy, tired but doing well. Our hearts are so happy ❤️.”

This is the first child for the “Selling Sunset” star, 35, and the third for Tarek El Moussa. The HGTV star also shares two kids, Taylor, 12, and Brayden, 7, with ex-wife Christina Hall.

“Becoming a father for the third time is just as exciting as it was the first time,” El Moussa said, “I don’t think I’ve ever seen Tay and Bray as happy as they were when they met their little brother.”

“We are on cloud 9 and soaking in all of the snuggles and bonding with our little guy as an official family of 5,” he added. “My heart has grown even bigger and I’m feeling like the luckiest guy on the planet.”

The reality TV star first announced the news of her pregnancy in July 2022. She shared her fertility journey with her followers saying, “It was a huge shock. We just weren’t expecting this. We had just gone through IVF. We had embryos on ice. We had a plan.” 

El Moussa says sharing this milestone of welcoming their first child together was, “truly a special moment.”
