Mandy Moore has canceled the remainder of her “In Real Life” tour.

The “This Is Us” star made the announcement on her Instagram on Tuesday.

She writes, “Friends, It is with a heavy heart and much consideration that I have to let you know that I am canceling my remaining show dates in 2022.”

Moore shared the happy news of her second pregnancy on Instagram just earlier this month.

Moore, 38, and her husband, musician Taylor Goldsmith, 36, are already parents to one-year-old son, August.

Moore has spent the past few years focusing on her family and acting career. The “In Real Life” tour is the first tour for her in over a decade.

“When we booked these shows, I wasn’t pregnant and although I truly thought I could power through, the way we are traveling (long hours on the bus and not getting proper rest) has caught up, taken its toll, and made it feel too challenging to proceed,” she continues.

Between wrapping up season six, the finale season of the acclaimed show “This Is Us”, starting her tour and dealing with the highs and lows of pregnancy, I applaud this mama for juggling so many different balls.

She writes, “I know that I have to put my family and my health (and the health of my baby) first and the best place for me to be right now is at home.”

Sometimes knowing when to take a break is the best thing you can do for yourself—especially when you’re caring for two (plus, you know, the rest of your family!).

So, kudos to her for recognizing that she needs to slow things down a bit! We all know that that can be a difficult thing to not only admit to yourself but to also put into action.

Moore ended her post by thanking her fans and reassuring ticket holders that they will be refunded.
