Children will humble you no matter who you are or what you’re doing, and that sentiment was perfectly demostrated during Kim Kardashian‘s latest TV appearance. During an interview with Jimmy Fallon while she was a guest on his show, Kardashian had to stop the show in order to bring some actual order to her kids in the audience.

On Tuesday night, 6-year-old Saint and 3-year-old Psalm were their mom’s esteemed guests in the audience during her appearance on Late Night. Unfortunately, young kids are gonna do what young kids do—national television be damned.

While talking to Kim, Jimmy’s eyes glanced over in the audience’s direction a few times.

“Uh, I’m hearing kids,” he said. It wasn’t half a second before Kim Kardashian immediately shifted gears into Mom Mode and let her boys know what’s up. She even gave them the universal warning look we all know and love.

“Guys!” she said, whipping her blonde locks to face her sons in the audience. “Guys, can you stop? This is your first time at work with me, can you please?”

The camera panned over to show Saint sitting next to his friend, Remi, and his younger brother Psalm squirming behind them with a nanny.

“My two boys are here, and then my friend Tracy’s daughter Remi is here with us,” Kim tells Jimmy. “I hear them making so much noise. Guys, this is your first time at work with me. Don’t mess this up. Come on.”

She then seamlessly gets back into the interview with Jimmy and all appears well until they both exchange a quick look and she whips her hear back around to her kids.

“Guys, seriously,” she snapped, laughing at the same time. “You gotta go.”

Earlier this week, Kim opened up about her relationship of nine months with SNL alum Pete Davidson. She said she waited 10 months after filing for divorce from Kanye before she began dating, and waited awhile before introducing her kids to Pete.

“I definitely wanted to wait six months and that was the marker. It’s different for everyone and different things work for different people,” Kardashian revealed. “But you just have to do what feels right and try to just be as respectful and cautious as possible.”

Though it can certainly be argued that moms without the fame and fortune of Kim Kardashian can’t really relate to her and her family on a regular basis, it seems this week maybe we all can. Because whomst among us hasn’t already had to deliver The Look at least once today? (Maybe not on Jimmy Fallon’s show, but still.)
